The shipping price you pay is determined by your order price, destination and shipping service selected.
Economy shipping (5-8 days) for orders up to $200 in value is $10
Economy shipping (5-8 days) for orders up to $500 in value is $15
Economy shipping (5-8 days) for orders up to $500 in value is $20
Express Shipping for $25 for orders up to $200 in Value
Express Shipping for $30 for orders up to $500 in value
Express shipping is not offered for orders valued over $500.
For US orders, our preferred carrier is UPS and USPS. This does not mean that your order is guaranteed to ship out via UPS or USPS. Depending on your proximity to our location (Englewood, Colorado) the trip is any where from 2-5 days. Please monitor your tracking number so that you are aware of where your package is at. If your package is shipped via UPS, we add your email into the label so that you are notified of delivery updates.
We do not guarantee any express delivery services, as the delays within transit are out of our control. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All International orders ship via the United States Postal Service. The international shipping chain has been disrupted from COVID and its world wide effects. The shipping situation changes and updates daily . Please view link below, which will dictate where we can send packages. If you have concerns or questions if your country is able to accept international packages, please refer to the link below. The time varies for delivery and can be anywhere from 12-60* days. This is out of our control and we are at the mercy of the local customs department and postal services.
We gladly accept returns on new unopened products within 30 days of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the returned item received is damaged or used you will be responsible for any loss in value. Return authorization required. Once your return is received and checked in we will issue a refund for the cost of goods. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.

They will attempt to troubleshoot and fix the issue without requiring you to return the item.
Even if you didn't directly purchase the product from us, you can still get in touch with us for assistance, provided you have proof of purchase.
It is important to note that any damage resulting from user misuse is not covered by our warranty. This includes Rockits that have been dropped and damaged. We strongly urge our customers to use our products as they were intended, and to take appropriate steps to maintain their longevity.
