▼How does the Rockit fit to a stroller?

To attach the Rockit to your stroller, use the universal bracket included in the box. The bracket can be attached to your stroller or pram, but can also be removed and repositioned as needed. The Rockit easily slots in and out of the bracket, making it convenient to use. To secure the bracket onto the stroller, turn the wheel clockwise. To loosen it, turn the wheel anti-clockwise. If you'd like to fit a bracket to a different pushchair, stroller, or pram, spare brackets are available for purchase Here

▼Does the Rockit work with all different brands of stroller?

Yes, we think so. We designed a universal bracket (included in every box) to accommodate tubes of all sizes and shapes. To perfect the bracket, our lead designer spent countless hours testing it on more than 40 strollers. There are always new products coming onto the market, so there is no way to give a 100% guarantee on this, but we do think that the Rockit will fit somewhere on any stroller.

▼My Rockit does not always start or takes multiple clicks to turn on

Ensure that the Rockit Rocker is mounted on the stroller and pointing directly upwards, as this is essential for proper function – user error is often the cause. Simply hold the Rockit and turn it in the bracket until it is pointing directly upwards with the button on top.
Check that your Rockit is fully charged; the charging indicator light should change from red to green after a 5-8 hour charge. Insufficient charging can lead to operational problems.

▼What age child can I use the Rockit with?: The Rockit is designed for children from birth to approximately 3 years old. Our own kids slept in the pushchair until they were 3 years old, so we believe that purchasing it at birth will prove worthwhile for several years.
▼Is the rocking motion safe?: You can rest assured that it is safe. The motion is based on the way parents rock their children by hand, and scientific tests show that the vibration level closely resembles the normal hand rocking of a pushchair. Moreover, the subtle yet soothing movement is gentler than a pushchair moving over paving stones.
▼Can I use the Rockit on a crib?: We designed and tested the Rockit to fit strollers. It provides an extra hand while out and about. If you're wondering whether you can use Rockit on a crib, here's what you should know. Although Rockit was designed and tested for pushchairs and prams, it was safety tested by the leading global product testing company, Intertek. They found that a tired parent might place it on a bar inside the cot, where the baby could get tangled in clothing. As a brand committed to adhering to the highest safety standards, we cannot recommend using Rockit on cots, cribs or Moses baskets.
▼Why is there a 60 minute timer on the Rockit?: You may be wondering why the Rockit has a 60-minute timer. Here's the deal: the Rockit is not designed to keep your child asleep for a long time. Its primary goal is to provide assistance in soothing your baby to sleep or maintaining their sleep when the stroller or pushchair is stationary. Since most babies sleep in cycles of approximately 40 minutes, the Rockit is designed to help them finish one complete sleep cycle, after which they may be in a deeper sleep and no longer require rocking.
▼Can the Rockit be used in the rain?: This Rockit is water-resistant (tested to IPX1). Do not expose it to prolonged or heavy rain. Ensure that the charging port is completely dry before charging. Failure to do so may result in damage to the charging port.
▼How long does it take to charge the Rockit?: To fully charge the Rockit, it takes approximately 5-6 hours. However, with just a one hour charge, you can enjoy up to 3 hours of use on a medium speed.
▼Can I use Rockit on a car seat?: Rockit was designed and tested specifically for pushchairs and prams, so we don’t recommend use on car seats when fitted in a car. It can be used on a car seat when fitted to a stroller frame, but we always recommend customers follow the general guidance given on safe sleep https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk/safer-sleep-advice/
▼How long does a full charge last?: The Rockit's battery life span is impacted by a number of variables, such as the weight of the stroller it's attached to, the baby's weight, and the surrounding temperature. At normal room temperature, you should expect a battery life of 8-12 hours when used at a low to medium speed.

▼How can I increase the running time between charges?

Mount the Rockit as high up as possible on the stroller frame. Make sure that the Rockit is rotated so it points direct up with the button on top. Adjust the speed dial to give a slower rock (slower speeds are often more effective anyway).

▼Does it work on double strollers or twin strollers?

Yes! We have had many compliments from parents who find it very useful with twins. It fits most double prams or strollers that we are aware of and rocks them well.

▼How do I adjust the speed?

There is a speed dial at the base of the Rockit. Turn it clockwise to increase the speed and anti-clockwise to reduce the speed. Slowly change the speed until you notice the most rocking. It may not be the fastest speed – often you can get a nice rock at lower speeds if you hit the sweet spot (resonance frequency) of your particular stroller / pram. Mounting the Rockit high on the frame or top handle will also allow you to generate a nice rock at lower speeds.

▼How do I set the perfect rocking speed?

1) You will get the best rock with it mounted as high on the handle as possible. Always make sure the Rockit is pointing directly up.
2) Turn on with the button on top
3) Slowly change the speed until you notice the most rocking. It may not be the fastest speed – often you can get a nice rock at lower speeds if you hit the sweet spot (resonance frequency) of your particular stroller / pram.
4) Or you may just want to set it to the speed your baby likes the most!

▼Why won't my Rockit Rocker Charge?

When charging, the charging indicator light will turn red. After a 5-8 hour charge the light should turn from red to green.
If you do not see a red light when plugged in, ensure you are using the provided USB charging cable. Not all cables are compatible.
Examine the charging port on the Rockit Rocker for any damage, as damaged ports will not show indicator lights.
Check the USB charging cable for damage. A damaged cable will prevent the Rockit from charging.

IMPORTANT: Verify the specifications of your charging block/ power adaptor. Only use a 5V/1A charging block. Fast chargers and high AMP charging blocks are not compatible and may lead to insufficient charging. NOTE:Apple USB-C cables are not compatible. A recommended solution is to attempt charging from a computer USB port to check if the issue continues. Computer USB ports come with a safety feature. If the charging point on your Rockit is damp, a laptop or PC will automatically deactivate the USB port, whereas an AC power adapter may overlook this risk, potentially causing harm to your device.

FAQ: Zed Vibration Soother

▼What age range is Zed suitable for?: Zed can be used from birth onwards. It has been safety tested to meet the toy safety standards for 0-36 months. It is also calming to older children and to adults.
▼Does Zed work on any type of mattress?: Yes, it sends calming vibrations throughout all types of mattresses, including sprung, memory foam, and natural fiber mattresses.
▼What is the best position for Zed?: Zed should be placed at the foot end of the mattress. It does not need to be close to your baby because the vibrations travel through the surface of the mattress. It can also be placed on the side of the mattress (please note the battery life will be reduced if not used horizontally).
▼Why are there 6 different vibration modes?: There are several speeds to choose from, so you can find the one that works the best for your baby's mattress. Modes 1-3 are static speeds that go from slow to fast. Slower speeds are usually the most effective as low-frequency vibrations penetrate further through the mattress - test it out and see what your baby responds to. 4-6 are variable speed modes that emulate acceleration and deceleration, as well as the rumble of tires as they move along the roads. ZED times out after an hour of use, after which a single press switches it back to the last mode used.
▼Can I set the night light to stay on all night?: Sure. The first three presses of the night light button change the light levels, and the light remains on for one hour. After the fourth press, indicated by two flashes of the light, the light level is set to low and stays on for 12 hours. When the light goes out, a single press will bring up the most recently selected mode.
▼Is Zed splashproof?: If your child has an accident, Zed is safe because it has been tested to IPX4 standards!
▼Can I clean Zed?: Zed can be cleaned using a damp cloth. Never submerge in water.
▼Does Zed generate white noise?: No. As Zed has no loudspeakers, it generates soothing sounds via vibrations passing through the mattress.
▼Does Zed switch off automatically?: After an hour, the vibrations always gently fade-out. The goal is to get past the 45 minute sleep cycle and into the next cycle and a deeper sleep. This will help extend naps, nighttime sleep, and ease the transition to a bed. After an hour (or 12 hours in all-night mode) the night light turns off.
▼What is the battery life for Zed?: With one set of batteries, Zed can run for up to 50 hours. We recommend using high quality alkaline batteries or NiMH rechargeable batteries. It is best to avoid Zinc batteries - make sure your batteries are suitable for "high drain" applications.
▼The light is working but the vibrations are not working any more.: Powered by a single LED, the light uses a tiny amount of power. Since the vibration motors require more power to start, if the batteries are low, the motors will shut down first, but the light will continue to operate. Try using new batteries or freshly charged batteries. If this does not work, please contact us or your local distributor.

Wooshh Sound Sleep Soother

▼What age range is Wooshh suitable for?: Wooshh is suitable from birth onwards, but should always be placed well out of reach of the baby / child. This is a great product for children and adults alike. Our intention was to design the set of sounds to include sounds that are also pleasing to adults - the purring cat, ambient music, water and rain sounds in particular. The worst thing you can hear all night is the same looped nursery rhyme! Furthermore, we invested extra to upgrade the sound chip to near CD quality, eliminating the harsh digital distortions common in cheaper sound machines.
▼How do I select one of the 8 sounds?: A short press of the button allows you to scroll through all the sounds until you find the one you want.
▼How do I change the volume level?: There are four volume levels on Wooshh, and you can scroll through them by holding the button down (long press). Release the button to set the desired volume. If you will be setting the volume, it is best to use a constant sound, such as the rain sound. This will help you hear each change clearly. The volume level will be saved until the next time the device is recharged. At the end of the charging process, the device will be set to its lowest level. In order to maximize battery life, we recommend setting the volume at the lowest setting whenever possible.
▼How do I turn Wooshh off?: Wooshh can be turned off with a quick double-press. It can also be turned off with a single press when on the final sound (ambient music). The device will automatically turn off after one hour (normal mode) or after ten hours (all night mode).
▼Can I set Wooshh to stay on all night?: You certainly can! With a double press, you can turn on Wooshh for 10 hours. A beep indicates that all-night mode has been selected. If you are using the all-night mode, use the lowest volume setting to reduce exposure to noise and improve battery life.
▼Can I clean Wooshh?: Definitely. The Wooshh can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
▼Can I attach Wooshh to my baby’s cot / crib or to their clothing or bedding?: No. There are small parts in this product, and it should always be kept out of the reach of children. Never place or attach the product to a cot, crib, or bed.

▼How does the Rockit fit to a stroller?: Every Rockit comes with a universal bracket. Depending on your needs, this can be permanently installed on the stroller or it can be removed and repositioned if necessary. Afterwards, the Rockit can be inserted and removed effortlessly. You can also purchase spare brackets in case you wish to use one on an alternative stroller, stroller, or buggy. The video at the bottom of the page shows how easy it is to install.

▼Why is there a 30 minute timer on the Rockit?: The Rockit is not meant to keep a child sleeping for an extended period of time. This device is designed to help soothe a baby and help them drift off to sleep when the stroller stops.
▼Can the Rockit be used in the rain?: This Rockit is water-resistant (tested to IPX1). Do not expose it to prolonged or heavy rain.
▼How do I get the best battery life from the Rockit?: 1) Always use Alkaline batteries that are of good quality. Some cheap batteries work only in low-drain items, such as remote controls and clocks. High-quality alkaline batteries, on the other hand, should last longer. 2) Rechargeable batteries can be used. NiMH rechargeable batteries last longer than alkaline batteries and only cost a few cents per recharge. 3) The Rockit should be mounted vertically (with the top button pointing up). If it is mounted horizontally, the battery life will be shortened. 4) Use the dial on the bottom to slow the speed down. There are times when the best rock can be achieved at a slower speed. Fast does not always equal great!
